After ordering a jacket I was sent a tracking number a day later than expected which showed it would be delivered by Royal Mail. The next I later found it was from DHL. Not a huge issue, but a little bit unprofessional. The jacket was delivered to the wrong address and signed by someone called Rachel. The DHL GPS had it at the wrong address as well. I have made 3 attempts to get a refund, with no response via email. I have had to go through my bank to chase the company. I would strongly recommend avoiding purchasing from this site
I ordered a Bestaff jacket that was too small (my fault) a quick phone call to the shop sortd it. Ordered the right one and sent the small one back. Refunded cost of original in 24 hours

Item as described. Premium delivery wasn't next day (ordered Saturday, arrived Wednesday) when expected Tuesday. Small wrinkle, but when you pay for premium next day delivery, you expect it. Think it may have been down to a 3rd party that manages online orders. Would probably use again if the price is right.
