The Website stated that there would be not additional tax for shipping to the EU - however I was taxed heavily when I picked up my package. Costumer service isn’t answering my message about this. Very disappointed ! Update: My costumer tax was refunded after the costumer service reached out to me. It is possible that the mistake was made at costumes at my country, however I am happy that we could work it out and I can enjoy my product now!
I think the title explains it really. I bought 'WUKA Re-Purpose™ - High Waist - Heavy' thinking they were a good alternative to disposable pads, which I've been using for over 20 years. I never leaked through any disposable pads. Fast forward to my second period wearing these, and they soaked through to my jeans. So my jeans are ruined, and I've wasted £60. I don't feel comfortable wearing any of the pairs I bought outside, so unfortunately I'll only be wearing them at bed time. Hopefully they don't ruin my sheets as well, but if one pair is faulty then I'm expecting the others to go the same way. Wuka claim to be a sustainable B corp, committed to reducing waste, but 1. their product doesn't work, and 2. this is going to result in more waste, because I now need to go back to disposable pads. I doubt these reusable pants will last the 2 years they claim either, especially since one has leaked already. No doubt they'll all be recycled in the coming months. I'm really disappointed. I'm on a low income and I saved up ages for these, and they don't work. Wuka have said I'm not entitled to a refund, and only offered to replace the pants that leaked. If something doesn't work, you should really refund the buyer, and re-evaluate your product and entire company ethos tbh. It's honestly not good enough. I feel robbed and lied to. Try a different brand with better ethics.
Loved how the garment feels, I feel it really works and takes all the fuss and hassle out of pads and tampons, so much more confidence when going to the gym too! Would highly recommend
Dreadful customer service. I ordered 10 pairs of underwear, only 5 were delivered. Asked for missing pairs to be delivered and they then sent the wrong items to me. Asked them to send the right items and sent a PayPal screenshot confirming payment for the correct items alongside a previous email from their own customer service team confirming the correct items which were missing. Denied I'd ever placed an order for the missing items and asked for me to return the incorrect items. I've wasted so much time dealing with this incompetence and their generic platitudes really don't cut it. My experience left a really sour note. I placed well over £200 order with them and despite thinking the product itself is good, I am so horrified with their customer service that I cannot bring myself to order from them again. Update: 30/04/24 Received email before FedEx collection of underwear sent in error. 'Thank you for your response. We will book for tomorrow and send you a label to show the Fedex person collecting the pants.' Turns out they'd booked a service requiring printing of the label but given me the wrong information in error. If I'd spent my time they've wasted at work, I would have earned in excess of £80. And no, they've not contacted me through trustpilot as their response suggests. More platitudes - they're very good at those. The saga continues.......
I’ve become a period pant convert thanks to Wuka. I’d been thinking of making the change to reusable period products for a while but couldn’t find the right product for my needs. I found Wuka as I was specifically looking for period pants made from cotton. I have sensory sensitivities & find the stretch cotton midi brief so comfortable & soft I barely know I’m wearing them. Very happy customer! thank you
I recently tried the new WUKA Stretch Thong as I own a few pairs of pants from the WUKA stretch collection. They're so comfortable, and the material is so soft! As the thong is a little different in design, I thought it would be a great alternative to wearing liners on those lighter days, and I can still feel good in my WUKAs, even when my cycle isn't in full flow. I think these are a great idea because our cycle isn't just when things get heavy; our cycle is constant, so why shouldn't WUKA have a thong as an option on its store? I love mine! I also love the fact that there's no knicker line when I wear tight or light clothing! Excellent product, WUKA!

I would have previously recommended this company for their products and their customer service, however since returning a large quantity of products for a refund, not only has it been over 2 weeks (nearly 3). Today they have emailed falsely claiming they have over sent me items in a previous order that I must return! they have not! I returned my items via 24hr tracked on the 27.3.24, ITS NOW 15/04/24 and I am still awaiting even a response to my refund, and now they are asking me to return items that I do not have! I am really disappointed that their products were not suitable, they sent exchanges for alternate sizes without an issue, however now i want my money back as their sizing is not suitable for me, it appears they are being very difficult and even making false claims! I am very unhappy, seeking advice and will go through my bank for a refund if i have to, I have proof of returning items and they have never over sent me products to which all emails will correspond!!
I'd been gradually building up a supply of the teen stretch for my daughter, in preparation. Over the past few months, she had a crazy growth spurt and we knew she'd need the next size up. Thankfully we'd kept everything in it's packaging. Wuka customer service were incredible!! They were totally understanding of the situation and supportive of my daughter's needs. We mailed back the original pairs, and wuka replaced them with the next size up. Absolutely blown away by the support and willingness to help. Can't recommend them enough!
Horrendous customer service. Ordered from them and had my order confirmed. About a week later I finally get an email advising my order had been dispatched. I was a little concerned the tracker number didn’t seem to work. About 10 days after the dispatch email I get another email telling me they didn’t have the stock and it was never sent!!!!!!! I was then told I would be refunded promptly but what a surprise I am still waiting for my refund. Not happy, would not recommend and would never use again.
I cannot believe I am having to leave a second Trust Pilot review as this is the only way I seem to get a reply from Wuka. I was told in the email that my order would be actioned and given priority yet I have neither received my order nor a refund nor any replies to my emails. What is going on WUKA? At this point I am hoping you will offer a full refund because I am appalled by the level of poor customer service.
These pants are a game changer, i ordered 3 pairs of wuka pants, extra heavy in the sale! They are the most comfortable underwear and no leaking which i used to get with pads. I would highly recommend these to anyone! I will definitely be buying more and also expanding to the swimwear range in the future!
It’s a thong! The first multi-size Stretch Thong for your period and I love them. They are super stretchy making them really comfy and seamless and breathable. These are light to medium flow so they can be worn during those lighter period days or everyday for little leaks or discharge. . I love my WUKAs already and I’m over the moon they do a thong now too
So comfortable highly recommend both their breif's and thongs!
This product has changed my life!!! After eight miscarriages and two babies BELIEVE me, I know what I’m talking about. On day two I wore a pair to a spinning class and then a yoga class at the gym, while wearing pale blue yoga leggings!!! Not a drop of a sign. Really discrete, easy to wash and really comfortable. Plus amazing for the environment!!! Buy yourself five pairs, and tell everyone you know!

My first order from WUKA was placed in a rush as it was during the last few minutes of the sale. A day or two later, I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. WUKA kindly changed my order to the correct size. Very pleased with the product so far. It’s lovely material and good quality.
Appalling customer service! Placed an order on the 28th of March, and paid for next day tracked delivery. No order for one week, no communication, so I had to send an inquiry. They informed me they do not have the items I ordered in stock and offered to wait for restock or get a refund. Since then I sent four emails asking to confirm the refund - no answer to that, only generic emails saying they remember about my order and will dispatch it as soon as it’s restocked. Shocking!
