Myself and family went to wynsors lots of times over the years. Prices was cheap and lots of nice colours to choose from. Not been there for a long time and decided to go today and found the prices or very high and not much choice of colour especially for children. Staff was nice and helpful though. Went to shoezone and they are brilliant low prices and lots more choice of colour and had the shoes we wanted. Unfortunately wynsors is not for us anymore we will stick with shoezone from now on. It’s a shame about wynsors.
I'm wheelchair ♿️ bound came to your st helens store to get myself some new footwear that was suitable for me with wearing a foot splint and the lady who served me was excellent with me and was a great help and I would like to leave a excellent review for your staff member who helped me to find suitable footwear and would like to say that she was really lovely in the way she helped me with looking for suitable footwear. I can't remember the staff members name.

Easy and efficient. Called on the phone with a product code from wynsors online as they had no Adidas hamburg in my size in the right colour. Lady checked, and had 1 pair, which she put aside for me. I walked into the Penketh (Warrington) branch, to a warm greeting from 3 members of staff, and the shoes were awaiting me at the till as promised, and I accepted the offer of the waterproofing treatment, as the shoes are suede. This was completed in 2 minutes or so, and I left as a very happy customer. Great service and value.
