I was disappointed with the lenght of time it took to receive the small item . Delivery was 9 days after paying 8 euro for courier. It could of been posted quicker.

Bought an RST jacket. Sizing is reliable. Delivery a little slow but the timing they give when purchasing is correct, arrived on the date they said. Overall very good experience.

It is very hard to find any fault with the order process. The XT Moto web site is so easy to navigate. Fantastic range of products. Delivery cost very very reasonable. I order my goods on a Thursday and they were delivered the following Monday to the Republic of Ireland.
I was only enquiring about a part for an item I purchased that went faulty. XLMOTO did not do a spare part so they sent me a replacement item great customer service and very pleasant and fast to deal with.

Very bad customer service,i got my order with missing parts,i wrote an email multiple times and got only one answer they will send my query to the supplier after never getting back to me still waiting after 2,5 weeks,no answer no missing parts sent.Can’t use my item without that part so need to order from other suppliers.Terrible experience with disappointed customer service 👎👎👎
Waited weeks for parts I purchased to only find I received the wrong parts in the end. Costumer care takes a day to respond.
Fantastic. Kept informed all way through the process. Offered to match the price I’d paid even though the online price had gone up (sent back item and reordered larger size) Only con is that the pants I’ve returned has been delivered and I have not received my refund yet. 100% would recommend to a friend.
