I ordered a specific set of keys, as per the card with the lock. The keys sent were not correct, in any universe, but after contacting Customer Services, I received the correct keys which fit perfectly (not your typical jiggle to make fit key cutter type!) Bad start but great customer service so thank you Yale - high security lock and spare keys. Well recovered…!!!

Great way to buy on line and efficient service
Great set of products. However, difficulty experienced getting Connexis lock already registered on Yale Home integrated with the Yale Smart Living Alarm Application
Initial web attempt was unsuccessful, but when relevant link was supplied, my order was placed and items were delivered safely. Not exactly cheap, but the items worked correctly.
I ordered a replacement Yale key. The one you supplied is not fit for purpose, it was poorly manufactured. I have four of these keys all of which work perfectly with the lock. The one you supplied will unlock the lock with a bit of juggling but it Will Not lock the lock. The machining on the key you supplied is poor. I have raised a complaint requesting a replacement, I am still awaiting your response.
Brilliant and trusted
Purchased the connexis L1 door lock a couple of years ago and only just got round to fitting it. Fitting it went pretty smoothly to be fair, however when it came to linking the 6 cards and fobs it was a bit of a nightmare as the Bluetooth from the lock was patchy at best. It worked for a while when I removed the batteries and reset the lock, but would drop out again pretty quick. Upgraded to get onto the new app, got the new little add on piece and thought this would help with the problem. However, the new little add on doesn't connect it to WiFi, another add on (the bridge) is now required, so the Bluetooth is still shocking. The new version lock, the L2 comes with all of this as a package, so I think Yale knew it had its snags. I personally think if they offer an upgrade it should come with everything and not just the one part of the puzzle.

Conexis L1 is useless, the hub simply never worked and support is non existent.. Yake smart lock had good reviews so I purchased two, one for my front door and one for my garage. Garage door can't even lock.. Front door does lock however it whines extremely loudly as though it's constantly spinning. The key fob can take 20 seconds to recognise and unlock the door. Sadly the smart features are beyond awful. Auto unlock never works, the door cannot lock itself and gets stuck constantly. Alexa control is shockingly bad as the hub constantly disconnects. The hub simply isn't fit for purpose and disconnects daily despite me having a 1gb mesh network and the hub being positioned just 1 metre from the door and the mesh disk. The yale app is frankly a joke. Hardly ever works, keys disappear and now I'm totally locked out. My number was changed and yale seems to be the only company that refused to let you login even if you verify by email and password. No online option to reset the number. Sadly the zigabee module is just as bad as well. Honestly such a disappointment and at £299 it really isn't good enough. I'd avoid these locks at all costs and go with something else.
