I looked at ordering this product from other online stores, some which were cheaper as well as Yamaha Music London. After reading reviews and a family member having ordered from this company although a bit more expensive I chose to order through them, and am glad I did. My delivery was dispatched quickly. The delivery came from two different companies, but both delivery companies were friendly, helpful and professional. My daughter is very pleased with the digital piano we received and we have not needed to contact the company since ordering as we have had no issues, we are very happy with the service and products we have received.

Quick and efficient service with good quality products
The French horn lead pipe wasn't in stock, but it was possible to place an order for when it came back in stock - I did this because I specifically wanted the one shown on the website that has a flexible plastic rod to feed through the lead pipe, which I thought would work better than cord with beads on the end, as seen on Amazon. After a few weeks I got a message from UPS saying the order was coming; but I received a lead pipe swab with nylon cord and beads on the end - which is proving difficult to use (no success so far). Considering I wanted to use the swab after every horn practice this is extremely frustrating, especially because I specifically did not want this design, and if I did, could have ordered it from amazon weeks ago. *Edit* - I have now got it to work and it's fine, so at least I got a perfectly good lead pipe swab, even if it's not the one I originally ordered.
