Although I had good luck with your cartridges for my M251nw, those for the M283cdw didn't fare so well. I ordered these some months ago for reserve (too long ago to return them). First thing after i installed i a got a system error. it took me forever to clear it. Finally ordered genuine HP cartridges from Best Buy and got the printer to working again. Sorry, but i won't be ordering any more 206 cartridges from YB Toner, and probably not for the m251 either, although that printer is seldom used.

this has been a great let down. This is my second time trying to get cartridges that fit and i am out of time with two purchases, one return, no refund in account and asked to jump through hoops and present a Cinamax Profuction to show cartridges received do not fit flush in the Brother Printer MFCL8900CDW Series cartridges.

I had an issue with ordering the incorrect toner. I was able to get some help through the customer service and get the right item shipped to me. The product works great and it is as good as quality as I expected.
My order was placed more than 2 weeks ago and has not shipped to my knowledge. I received an I'm sorry for the delay email that said it should ship around 3/15/24. Here it is 3/18/24 and no further communications. Very disappointing spending over $200 to get my toner and now I am unable to print.
I actually couldn't use the toner I received because it had a chip and I had trouble doing the transfer. (I Never knew they had chips) BUT the company was very responsive every time, they did things quickly, were professional, and I would definitely use them again!
Hope it works as well as the last one.
I initially gave a two star review but definitely want to update to five. Without writing a long story, customer service does as they say! They guarantee and replace a “defective” product. I thought they were not responding to my issue but I believe I was too quick to criticize. Thank you YB Toner. You are now my go to!
