I buy at yesstyle for the fist time, but I need already to leave a negative review, not for them))) but for delivery company in Italy. Because so far before the delivery which in the end didn't happen, I could see my tracking, they reply my messages, even though slow, because it's a time difference obvious, but nothing bad to tell. Poste Italiane the delivery company lost my parcel, literally, it never arrived at my address but they lie that all was delivered, so I had more that one week of calling to Poste operators, I went phisically to their local warehouse office, I send a lot of emails, almost daily, in the end I needed to write to the custom service of Yesstyle and I hope that they can help. So far after 3.05 that my parcel had to be delivered, today is 11.05, no parcel, no money back, nothing, I was fooled.
The website is simple and it was easy to navigate, also, the products had a really good description, which was really helpful. I didn't have any difficulties and would definitely buy again. As I live in Brazil, is quite difficult to buy Korean, japanese or Chinese makeup, so it was a really good surprise to find a website that sends products to where I live. I would also recommend this to my friends, so great experience overall!

Also something that I love about Yesstyle is the questionaries they give that help you find your skin problem, how to treat it, the best product for you, etc. is something the customer might found extremely useful.

I don't think I've ever encountered a seller or website of such low quality. I've placed two orders so far, one for nearly $600 and the other for $200. Both orders took around a month to arrive and both came utterly destroyed; the goods worth hundred of dollars came packed only in a plastic wrapper. Despite my attempts to contact YesStyle regarding these issues, they have not responded to my complaints. I will be opening a case with PayPal and I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Horrible pagina fraude junto con al supuesta empresa de envios mailamericas.... .me han hecho pagar 2 veces impuestos para liberar mi paquete de la supuesta aduana y siguen mandandome mails para que vuelva apagar algo ya pagado ! Casi 270 dolares en esta estafa y mas de 57 dolares en supuestos pagos aduaneros me siento humillada frustada y lo mas chistoso de todo los wevones siguen mandandome mensajes para que vuelva a pagar impuestosss por retencionn del paquete supuestamente no pagado una burla y una estafa horrible ! Lo peorr esque te hacen hasta creer que si separas los pruductos tu envio se realizara mas rapido ya que supuestamente tienen productos en stock y otros en unos dias mass .... dos paquetes que obviamente no se veran
Amo los productos coreanos pero de donde soy (México) usualmente tienden a ser muy costosos, entonces desde que conocí YesStyle quedé encantado al ver que manejan precios muy accesibles, aparte de las promociones y descuentos que constantemente manejan. Ya he realizado 4 pedidos hasta el momento y todo bien, solo estoy esperando a que terminen de llegar todos para así poder disfrutar de mis productos.

Certes le choix est là et les prix intéressants. Cependant j’ai passé commande le 17 avril, je n’ai toujours pas eu ma commande et aucune communication de la part du site. On est loin des 3 à 5 jours de livraison annoncés. Résultats j’ai dû dépensé le même montant ailleurs pour avoir mes crèmes à temps. Donc ça sera la première et la dernière fois pour moi sur ce site.
