商品購入後、長い間楽しみに待っていたところ、全く違うサイズの商品が送られてきました。 おまけに、サイズ交換の手続きをしようとしたところ、システム上交換出来ませんと一方的な表示のみで不可とされました。 実際はそのサイズの商品が売り切れており、単に交換出来ないだけと推察されました。 配送期間も長いので、非常に楽しみにしていたのに、正確な説明もなく、単なるミスで商品が購入出来ないなんて、あまりにも酷いと感じました。長年使用させて頂いてきましたが、これを機に今後使用は辞めようと考えました。

Ich liebe Yoox . Leider versendet Yoox mit UPS. UPS ist echt das letzte. Termine werden nicht eingehalten, ganz zu schweigen von Abholungen . Hätte ich die Möglichkeit was abzuholen oder zu versenden, würde ich niemals auf UPS zugreifen.

Die Rücksendung von Waren von Yoox selbst sind absolut einfach und kostenlos. Auf Yoox gibt es jedoch noch Drittanbieter, deren Rücksendung nicht kostenlos sind. Das Rückporto nach Italien war sehr teuer. Künftig schaue ich genau, dass ich nur noch Waren von Yoox selbst bestelle.
