On going to collect item from store was told it wasnt there , on checking yodel site it said it was refused and returned to sender . I then had to find out where it was to be told yodel lost it nobody informed me . I wanted these items to go on holiday in the morning. Told i would get a refund and im still waiting. Not very hapoy at all

Clothing was lovely but they did send a few items at a lower size than what was requested and when I emailed them to advise of the error I never received a response.
Delivery was prompt and arrived on time. Product is nice but not accurate to size, a little tight and a bit too long, but I will keep it as currently losing weight and it will fit perfectly eventually although I will need to have it shortened.
I love the design of your tops but they are all far too long! If I didn't have a close friend who is a professional seamstress who is happy to shorten them for me - I wouldn't buy from you! Not every fat woman is over 5ft 6in! Diversify!
