Very bad experience. Bought here for the first time and obviously the last time. Delivery time within 3 days is a joke. Waiting for almost one week and still not received the parcel. Took already 3 days to get a tracking no. Needed it as a present. Can forget about it now.

Great designs and fitting size
Unfortunately your delivery Service here in Berlin, called Hermes, is no good.evey time, three times in a row, they do not bother to come up to the flat. We have 16 floors and i am on the 6th floor. Each time the delivery was advised I was home. But the delivery did not bother ringing the bell. Twice they handed it to a neighbour on a lower floor and the first time, they did not bother at all and just left the note to pick up the package at a shop somewhere down the road .. I am aware, that is has nothing to do with the actual order but it is annoying as I have health issues and I am no good walking. I am also aware that this happens a lot with other delivery services as well . Nethertheless this adds up to a negative shopping experience As for the clothes, I liked them and they we really ok.
