Still awaiting whereabouts of my returns for order 153374 after emailing twice about this as return was received back on 26th April,with royal mail tracking. Heard absoloutely nothing.Customer service slow to respond.
Haven't received all my packaging and it been over a week

Great experience as always. Bought a dress and jumpsuit and both fit great. It's a shame free delivery has jumped up to free over £90 but the offers and sales can balance out the delivery fee.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I returned a jumpsuit and did not receive a refund. When contacting the company they said they had not received it. Unfortunately I could not find my receipt as proof (from post office). The man I spoke to at Yumi said he would contact the warehouse to see if the jumpsuit had been returned and would get back to me. He never bothered contacting me and therefore I am out of pocket by £50. Very upset and disappointed. Shame as their clothes are lovely.
Ordered what I thought would be a lovely dress for ascot, different colour to the picture and the material was cheap, I didn’t even try it on

Paid for next day delivery but it actually took a week to arrive. However they did refund my postage and the dress is absolutely beautiful.
Really happy with my dresses, they are always a perfect fit. I was originally sent the incorrect size but within days the correct one arrived

Really like the items ordered and they were delivered quickly. Only reason I didn't give full marks is I ordered two different sizes for fit, but will cost £2,50 to return the one I didn't keep.

The colour was a totally different to the photo. The fabric was very flimsy, not up to your usual standard. Returned the item.
