The worst online shopping experience I've had for a long time. I was sucked in by the great range of products and good prices. Upon ordering I received the usual order confirmation with an estimated time for delivery. That time came and went with no indication of problems. A few days after the latest estimated delivery date I sent a follow up and received a generic, automated response. A few days later I followed up again and received the same, automated response. When I pushed further, in a panic as the items were a gift for my wife, from my kids, for mothers day, I was told that they were still investigating. This whole time the tracking numbers were not working. On the Friday before mothers day (Sunday) I requested a refund which was processed. I then had to rush out to buy another gift in time for mothers day. Terrible communication, shipping completely broken. I won't be back.
