Price higher than expected on top of shipping cost. Delayed in shipping and from arriving on-time. If pre-orders are going to be allowed and pre-ordered well in advance, the item should be shipped and delivered on release day, or a day or two before or after release day, not days or longer after, unless carrier issue caused delay.
Zavvi continues to put out excellent steelbook, combo packs at an affordable price.
What made my experience great is getting a movie. That I thought was never gonna get done in 4K. Very excited.
Great Prices
The only thing that makes me hesitate ordering from Zavvi is the long shipping time. Other than that everything is good. Fast response to customer service issue or updates.
It was very easy to find what I was looking for with all kinds of categories to choose from. Also being able to make a purchase as a guest was nice to see. Didn’t force you to sign up right away. It could be done later on.

I usually see other payment options such as Zip or Afterpay and I haven't been able to use them in quite some time and I sincerely hope that it gets resolved very soon.
Great limited edition releases
You guys really need to improve your packaging. You are in a lose lose situation by having to issue refunds for damaged steelbooks, and making your customers upset. We will literally pay the extra couple of dollars for you to properly protect the packages. An envelope slip is not enough to protect these steelbooks.
