I sent an image of my eye exam prescription so that my lenses would be correct. I received my glasses on Saturday May 18, 2024. I tried on my new glasses and both lenses are blurry...not clear at all. I cannot see out of these new glasses. I need to return the glasses.
Customer service was excellent!! I initially ordered a pair if sunglasses that I thought would be progressive but we're not. I contacted for return and I exchanged for another pair. They were very accommodating. They stayed in contact and provided superb service. The new glasses arrived, crystal clear and the perfect prescription. I only wish the amber tint were darker, you really can't tell it's there. Thank you Zeelool!!

Not made for faces with Afro features, nose bridge not wide enough, temple not long enough.
Recieved them in the mail. And immediately messaged to return them. The prescription is off even though I sent them the correct one they feel uncomfortable as if I have goggles on or something I got a headache from wearing them and felt dizzy . I requested a return label and got a sarcastic short email from Stefan “you created the label.” And nothing else in the email from him. Yeah I created the label but your crappy lab MADE the glasses. Feels like my left eye is straining in the glasses. Decided to return all three if that is happening in just one pair.

I love them! Solid plastic, not lightweight or flimsy, just what I was looking for! The RX is spot on and the frames are so cute!!! Definitely will be ordering from them again- right away! They came so quickly, just in time for me to leave out of town and use them drive ok our road trip.
Both pair of glasses are blurry. The frames are beautifully designed for each glasses. Tried several times to reach customer support no response. I feel like I was taken advantage of by this company.

It took 6 days for glasses to arrive which was way earlier than I anticipated. The Isabella Glasses are so pretty, great quality, great price. The prescription is even better than the glasses I received from my optometrist office. I’ll be ordering a lot more glasses from here. Can’t wait to experience them turn into the sunglasses.

Today I received the 1st (2pr) of 2 orders (3pr). And with this 1st order, neither were accurate because I wear prescription lenses. These glasses made my vision very blurry. Unable to read up close, which is my problem. I can see distance but have difficulty reading and such. I’ve been calling since I received my package and no one is answering. But my papers say they’re open on the weekends. I’m afraid of my 2nd order now.
I highly recommend zeelool! So I am a long time glass wearer (since I was 2) and have a terrible prescription (-8.25 in both eyes) with terrible astigmatism (-2.5) so I was really worried about my glasses being correct (my first time ordering online) Shout-out to Kathy who was really sweet with customer service. I thought I entered my PD wrong and she emailed back saying the next day that she checked my prescription, that I had entered it correctly, and personally reached out to the warehouse team. Shipping is usually up to 14 days but I got my glasses in 8 days 🙂 Im pleased to say they fit perfectly and I love them!! My order was more expensive than most ($100+) due to my prescription and selecting the 1.74 index so my lenses could be thinner. HOWEVER, that's SO MUCH cheaper than a brick and mortar store, where before insurance, they charge upwards of $500 and then you proceed to pay around $200 out of pocket.
