A highly qualified team of 60 people carefully controls each step of the production of our exceptional cognacs on all of our vineyards: the cultivation of the vine, the vinification, the distillation, the aging, the blending and the bottling. Thanks to this well thought-out choice, in 2019 we obtained the High Environmental Value Level 3 Certification for all our vineyards.

We visited Anarchist Wine Co. and it was fantastic! We sat outside — very comfy, our server Luc was super friendly and he gave us a lot of great information. There were many fabulous wines to try. The high-end Foundry wines were amazing. The Anarchist line up has many creative blends, so delicious! My personal favorite was “15 Minute of Fame” bubbly rosé, my husband loved the Foundry “Eidola” super-tuscan. So fun, we’ll be back

Originally a négociant, buying and selling casks, Dor became more involved with production until he decided to become a Cognac maker himself. Following the previous master blender, he oversees our stock of casks of cognac from different crus and of different ages to keep track of and to choose from when seeking perfection in our products. For instance, if he feels that the sensation of vanilla in his latest VSOP blend is a little low, he might track down an old cask containing a certain 15 year old Petite Champagne Cognac that he knows has a distinct tone of vanilla and use this to balance his VSOP blend perfectly.
