Krayon Watches - It was just a few years ago that watchmaker Remi Maillat founded Krayon with the intent of creating truly different watches. His mathematical mind enables him to convert calculations into watch complications that are simple to use and understand. His first watch, Everywhere, was presented in 2017 and won the Best Watchmaking Innovation of the Year prize at the 2018 Grand Prix awards. Essentially, it showcases the sun’s course through the sky to denote the passage of time.

Code41 Watches - Started as an idea just eight years ago in 2016, the CODE41 brand was a crowd-funded concept that came to fruition thanks to a community of 57,000 members who invested. After reaching its numbers, the CODE41 team members began producing watches that revolved around different themes in life. Its watches are powered by movements such as Miyota 82S7 and are part of collections like Anomaly, X41, and Day41.

Lundis Bleus Watches - This independent brand bills its work as soulful watchmaking, and the artistic and alluring watches that the brands create are certainly soulful. Translated as Blue Mondays, Lundis Bleus was started by two friends, each of whom had had successful watchmaking runs with important brands, who introduced their first watch in 2016. Today, the brand creates watches that range from unique pieces to Métiers d’ Art watches, classical and contemporary bold watches.

Roger Dubuis Watches - Originally founded as an independent brand in 1995 by Carlos Dias and Roger Dubuis, the eponymous brand was always intent on delivering unique watch cases, high-tech style, and daring materials. Purchased by the Richemont Group in 2008,  Roger Dubuis continues on its ethos but raising the bar even higher – often creating unique pieces. Top collections today include watches that stem from partnerships with Pirelli and Lamborghini, among others, and include distinctive lines such as the Excalibur.

Schwarz Etienne Watches - Founded in 1902 by husband and wife team Paul Arthur Schwarz and Olga Etienne in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Schwarz Etienne today continues to reside in the cradle of watchmaking but creates incredibly contemporary-looking wristwatches. Privately owned (by entrepreneur, Raffaello Radicchi), Schwarz Etienne is committed to building most of its own watch components in-house, including the pendulum. Top collections include the Fiji, with artful dials, modular construction, and a hint of diamonds, the mechanical Roswell with in-house-made hairspring and so much more.
