Fortis Watches - Independent watch brand Fortis was founded in 1912 and specializes in sports watches for air, land, and sea. In fact, Fortis has gone into space on the wrist of astronauts as far back as the Gemini project in 1962 and as recently as 1992 with the Cosmonauts. Its Space collections include the Official Cosmonauts, Stratoliner, and Spacematic. Fortis also creates pilot and dive watches.
