ZRC Watches began in 1904, when the Brunet family founded the company in Switzerland, initially focusing on watch components. Everything changed in 1958 when the French Navy came knocking, looking for a reliable deep-sea diving watch. ZRC answered with the Grands Fonds 300, a timepiece that quickly became iconic for its toughness and innovative features, including a water-resistant design and a unique deformation case back. ZRC building a reputation for manufacturing durable, precise dive watches and remaining a key player in the world of professional dive watches.

H Moser Watches - In 1828, Swiss-born Heinrich Moser founded the original H. Moser & Cie company in St. Petersburg, Russia. After returning home to Schaffhausen, Switzerland in 1848, he established his company there. In the early 2000s,  the brand name was resurrected, and, today, it is independently owned and family-run by the MELB Holding Group, owned by the Meylan family. Every watch is made in-house in Schaffhausen and each is hand finished and hand-assembled to exacting standards. H. Moser is known as a  luxury brand that thinks outside of the proverbial box in terms of design and color.

David Candaux Watchesis a renowned independent watchmaker known for his exceptional craftsmanship and unique timepieces. His journey as a watchmaker began with his passion for drawings, which eventually led him to become an independent watchmaker. Candaux’s watches are highly regarded in the horology world, with his debut series, the 1740, showcasing his talent and innovation. Despite the challenges of independence in the watchmaking industry, Candaux has established himself as a rare talent, handling every aspect of watchmaking from decoration to assembly with precision and skill.

Cyrus Watches - Independent watch brand Cyrus focuses on creative haute horology and daring design. The brand is about creating small numbers of watches to maintain exclusivity and originality in mechanical watch engineering. The brand partners with only the finest and most ingenious watchmakers, such as Jean-Francois Mojon who brings watchmaking to new levels. The most alluring collections from Cyrus are the Klepcys Vertical Tourbillon Skeleton, the Klepcys Chronograph and alarm – each has a dynamic pioneering spirit.

Panerai Watches - Officially named Officine Panerai, this Swiss watch brand has roots dating back to 19^th century Italy when Giovanni Panerai opened his workshops and watchmaking school in Florence in 1860. Throughout the ensuing decades, the oversized watch brand would become a favorite of the military and would even equip the frogmen of the Royal Italian Navy as early as 1936. Today, Officine Panerai retains its strong looks and professional instrument status but also designs for contemporary adventurers. Its cult-like watch collector followers are known as Paneristi.

Venezianico Watches was founded in 2017 by brothers Alberto and Alessandro Morelli in Venice, Italy. Initially launched as Meccaniche Veneziane, the brand quickly gained prominence with its successful Kickstarter campaign for the Nereide, its flagship model. Inspired by Venice’s rich history and artistic heritage, Venezianico watches feature elegant designs that reflect the city’s architecture and culture. Notable models include the Nereide, a diver watch, and the Redentore, inspired by neoclassical architecture. Venezianco is not just a watch it’s a piece of Venice on your wrist.

Arnold and Son Watches - With roots dating back to England in 1764, Arnold & Son pays tribute to English watchmaker John Arnold (1736-1799) who was instrumental in the development of ship’s chronometers to help solve the problem of longitude at sea. He created many “firsts” in watchmaking, and today, the brand that bears his name is dedicated to the same pioneering spirit, regularly unveiling highly complicated calibers that stir hearts around the world.

Ateliers Demonaco Watches - Founded in 2008 in Geneva, Switzerland, Atelier de Monaco is an interesting story. The brand was co-founded by Peter Stas, then-owner of Frederique Constant, and Pim Koeslag, master watchmaker (who worked for Stas).  Koeslag’s dream was to create bespoke and limited-edition complicated mechanical watches that would be made at the highest level of watchmaking and entirely in-house. Today, the brand boasts multiple patents and is known for its Tourbillon collection, Perpetual Calendar series with “EaZy adjust” system and more.

Speake Marin Watches - Originally founded in 2002 by British master watchmaker Peter Speake-Marin, and called Speake-Marin, the brand was purchased in 2012 and is run today by entrepreneur Christelle Rosnoblet.  She established a movement workshop to create in-house calibers. Many of the Speake-Marin watches are inspired by the initial creations of Peter Speake-Marin, but continue to evolve. Favorites include the Art Series (with dragons and other sculptures on the dials), chronographs, and Haute Horlogerie creations, including the Vertical Double Tourbillon.

Eberhard and Co Watches - Swiss watch brand Eberhard was founded in 1887 and was a pioneering brand – regularly on the edge of innovation and advancement. It is known for its post-World War II inventions such as the Extra-Fort (ultra-strong) chronograph with a seconds hand that returned to zero via a sliding push-piece, and the Scientigraf antimagnetic watch. Eberhard’s most significant collections today include the Scafograf dive watch and the Tazio Nuvolari collection named for the legendary racer.

Brellum Watches - An independent brand, Brellum has roots dating back to 1885, and is currently led by a fourth-generation Muller family member. The brand creates quality watches with classical yet contemporary appeal. It uses mechanical automatic movements that are official chronometers certified  by the COSC. A century later, we remain true to this vision of connecting the creator with the lover of fine watches. Chronoswiss Watches - Founded in 1983 in Lucerne, Switzerland, by German master watchmaker Gerd-Rudiger Lang, Chronoswiss is known for its mechanical innovations. The brand was the first to miniaturize the regulator concept from pocket watches and develop an entire series of fascinating wristwatches with off-center displays. Today, the brand brings the classical idea to full-scale contemporary three-dimensional size. Its Flying Regulators with Open Gears complement its Heritage and Classic lines.
